Step 1 — Upload & Analyze PDF
Upload a pre-cleaned inspection PDF (deficiency list + building map pages). Text pages become issue names; map pages are counted by Claude Vision.
Materials for this project
Restrict which material categories the pickers in this project offer. Leave all unchecked to allow every material. (Categories are managed in the Material Database.)
Step 4 — Calculate Estimate
Roll up the configured issues into materials, labour (incl. building set-up), and a subtotal. Only counted issues that are not per-location or optional are included. Recalculate after editing counts or configs above.
Step 5 — Export to Excel
Download a 3-sheet workbook: Estimate (materials + labour as static values, financial summary as live Excel formulas), Supplemental (per-location + optional issues), and Raw (flat table for Dataforma). Uses the same calculation as Step 4 — recalculate there first if you edited counts or configs.
